Phil is an independent expert researcher with over 30 years experience in designing and implementing survey research, and delivering actionable insights for clients, especially in the Automotive, Charity & NGO, Health & Well-being and Technology sectors, specialising in understanding New Propositions, Product & Service Ideas, Consumer Motivations and Stakeholder Engagement.
Drawing upon senior-level experience gained at International and Independent agencies (Added Value, icon brand navigation and GfK NOP, and prior to 2018, as an investor director of insight engineers), Phil believes in a collaborative culture working with a proven support network to bring together the best talent, approach and tools.
Phil is a Certified member of The Market Research Society (MRS) and a MRS Company Partner, and a former Committee member of The Independent Consultants Group (ICG).
