‘Free Wills Month’ is a chance to both raise awareness of Will writing and to consider leaving a legacy to charity.
With around a third of UK Adults claiming they will or have already made a bequest to a charity, the campaign seeks to primarily motivate over 55s to take action too.
Claimed legacy leaving is significantly higher amongst under 35s (46%), but this feels aspirational (as the average age of writing a first Will in the UK is 42 – Source: The Gazette).
